Phase One is a two-story apartment building designed with budgets in mind. You receive the same amazing staff, access to amenities, and great location, just without all the extra the add-ons. This phase feels like a traditional garden style home for those who don't need everything included.

Phase Two consists of our three-story up-scale living spaces. If you want valet trash, available garage and storage spaces, 9-foot ceilings, granite countertops, and build in office space with shelves, this is the one for you. You'll also be closer to amenities like the indoor basketball court and media room.

We have a home for every lifestyle. Both phases have stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer (in select units, and hook-ups in all others), and the same great location only minutes from the beach.
